A federal grant is financial support or stimulation from a federal agency to carry out a public purpose, as authorized by U.S. law.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A GRANT?

  • Non-Profit Organizations

  • For-Profit Organizations (other than small businesses)

  • Small Businesses—Small business loans and small business grants may be awarded to companies that meet the size standards that the Small Business Administration has established for most sectors of the economy.
