This course includes updated material on the latest Congressional compliance initiatives. The courseware will be an excellent reference tool for years to come. Course topics cover compliance with all Procurement Integrity Act issues, as well as general ethics issues that arise under federal contracts. This course is recommended for 6 Continuing Legal Education credits (CLEs) as well as Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) toward FAC-C requirements. It also offers 6 Contract Management Education (CME) units, and is approved by NCMA for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit in support of certification and recertification. A Federal Contracting Institute® certificate of completion will be provided to all attendees upon conclusion of the class.
