Overview

Task and delivery order contracts provide government agencies with flexible arrangements for acquiring a wide variety of supplies and services. This can present agencies and contractors with as many problems and complexities as it does benefits and flexibility. This course will cover the legal and practical aspects of task and delivery order contracting.  Participants will understand these flexible arrangements and how to avoid problems that can arise when they are used.  Learn about the new competition rules on task order contracting, and the possible evolution on the horizon of this contract type.
