Overview

Learn how to do price analysis, cost analysis and cost and price realism analysis. Understand and be able to distinguish between price analysis and cost analysis approaches to analyzing cost proposals. Learn the basics of indirect rates, and how to analyze individual contract costs. This intensive two day course will teach you what you need to know to avoid cost and price realism protests. We explain through classroom and workshops how to conduct analysis and the pitfalls to avoid in doing cost and price realism.
